"What can I say .. I’ve been swept up by another fantasy romance. The book captivates with the journeys, battles and romance. We’ve gotten answers but are left with more and more questions. There was some slow burn and the inevitable get back together but at the end they go their separate ways. Which is exhausting to me, I’m loving the strong capable FMC and MMC. Their unwavering care and loyalty to not just one another but the others in their lives. Even in dark moments we still got scenes of fun a bit of happiness that came their way. Kipp and Cal are awesome friends the best you could have. Leaving me with serious envy, their personalities just mesh together and I love to read it. I will read the rest of the series as I’m eager to see what more we discover. Usually it’s very easy to see how the story will go but the author has found a way not to spill the truth of what’s happening. ["
