"What a rollercoaster to emotions! I’m so glad Nadir and Lor got their happy ending. This book was full of so much turmoil, challenges, sacrifices and heart break. Lor is defined as being rash and yet fearless while also balancing the world on her shoulders. I will say what a nightmare Zerra was and I was satisfied with her story. I enjoyed seeing pieces of Rion’s POV and how it progressed to his redemption moment- I say that loosely because fudge that guy. I pray Nisha gives us a secret Rachel novella in the future because I’m soooo intrigued by her character and also Nadir’s mom! Ugh such an amazing job world and character building. It was everything you want a last book to be. It featured multiple perspectives, kept you entertained and fully engaged until the last page, continued to show growth in characters, didn’t drag on for the sake of upping a final page count, and finally (and maybe most importantly), tied everything up with a perfect little bow.
