"Good continuation to volume 1! It follows the same pace, it's very laid-back and not as tense as some other reads. The art is absolutely gorgeous and fits the story wonderfully. That and the cat-factor were definitely the main reasons I picked this one up (totally worth it). Came for Qingtong, stayed for Menghu. If you liked volume 1, I recommend getting the second one aswell. I can see how it isn't a book for everyone as it has really low stakes so if you were mixed on thr first volume, do know it stays around the same pace for this one aswell. ["
