"Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Holly Renee!!! This world has had me in a vice, it's become one of my favorites!! If you read the first 3 books, then you surely wanted more!! Especially when it came to Thalia. She's a hurricane of a character! Strong, fierce, deadly and overall baddie warrior. She's survived so much tragedy before finding her home in the Blood Kingdom. After the most recent tragedy, her heart is broken and she's afraid to love. Guilt and sadness has made her feel unworthy of love. And then there's Sorin. He's hilarious, cocky, strong and 100% head over heels in love with Thalia. He's willing to burn the world for her, if only she would let him. I loved these two together! Their chemistry is scorching! I devoured their story, but at the same time didn't want it to end. I love these characters and this world so much! This book just reemphasized why this world is one of my all time favorites. I laughed, I cried and I had goosebumps from all the angst and longing. Seriously, an amazing story full of fantasy, magic, steamy romance and a twist you never saw coming!! ["

"If you haven’t read the first 3 books, you will need to in order to understand the storyline. Book 1 - A Kingdom of Stars and Shadows Book 2 - A Kingdom of Blood and Betrayal Book 3 - A Kingdom of Venom and Vows Thalia’s character is amazing and she’s always been so strong! It was amazing to read her POV and really get a sense of how much depth her character truly has. SORIN! Ahhh I loved Evren so much but I think Sorin topped him. He is the perfect fantasy book boyfriend and I loved his POV so much. He was so protective of Thalia and for good reason but he also understood that she was a true warrior in every sense and allowed her to play her role while still ensuring she was protected. Their love was so beautiful even though Thalia struggled to give into it. She broke my heart while she was breaking her own and Sorin’s. Her grief consumed her pretty significantly but I am really happy that she was able to grieve but still love in spite of that. I did wish the story was longer like Evren and Adara’s story BUT I am still happy with what was given! Definitely recommend this series! ["
