About this book

Violet is a quintessential millennial adrift, burdened by crushing student debt and the looming threat of moving back into her parents' basement. Desperate for a fresh start, she accepts an unconventional job offer at Morning Glory Farm in the quiet town of Cambric Creek. The position promises competitive pay and stability, but the reality of the work is far from ordinary: the farm specializes in the care of minotaurs, requiring hands-on interaction that Violet never anticipated.

As she navigates the demands of her new role, Violet maintains a strict professional boundary, determined to clear her debts and reclaim her independence. However, her resolve is tested when a stoic, deep-voiced minotaur begins requesting her specifically for his sessions. What begins as a strictly clinical arrangement quickly evolves into a simmering tension that threatens to derail her carefully laid plans.

As the lines between professional duty and personal desire blur, Violet must confront the reality of her attraction to a creature far outside her typical experience. Set against the backdrop of a unique supernatural world, this story explores whether a connection forged in an unlikely workplace can blossom into something deeper, or if the boundaries of their different worlds are too vast to bridge.

Great gift for my wife

"Morning Glory Milking Farm is a classic standout entry in the monster romance subgenre, balancing an unconventional premise with surprisingly grounded character development. At its core, this is a slow-burn romance between a human woman and a male minotaur, and what makes it work is the emotional pacing. The relationship develops gradually, allowing tension, vulnerability, and mutual respect to build in a way that feels earned rather than rushed. While the premise may initially sound purely novelty-driven, the author invests real effort into crafting believable motivations and emotional stakes. In terms of spice, I would place this at roughly 🌶️🌶️🌶️(3/5). It is certainly steamy, but it remains story focused. The intimate scenes serve the relationship arc rather than replacing it. Readers looking for nonstop explicit content may find it moderate, but those who appreciate romantic payoff after meaningful buildup will likely find it satisfying. From a product standpoint, the paperback arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The price was reasonable, and the print quality (binding, page alignment, cover finish) met expectations. As a side note for fellow husbands: gifting this book may result in your household’s “milking schedule” becoming noticeably more enthusiastic. Consider yourself warned. Overall, this is a well-executed blend of sweetness and steam that demonstrates how creative romance concepts can still deliver emotional substance. Highly recommended for readers open to paranormal romance with heart. ["

Fun Read

"Talk about doing strange things for some coins. Violet, no judgement girl because you are the real winner here. Route, yes sir lol like no comments you got it king. This book is different and it took a different approach which I didn’t know if I was going to like it or not but it works. I couldn’t stop listening to the audio. I loved that it was short and to the point. The spice did not come to play. Every part of it was interesting. I did enjoy Violets back story and what bought her to the farm. I would recommend everyone to give this a try. I gave this book 4 stars because it kept my interest and I’m looking forward to the other books in the series. ["

So sweet and realistic fantasy

"This is book one in the series. I consider this a meet cute romance. This story begins with Violet, who is a young woman with college debt. She cannot find a job in her field that pays enough to sustain her plus pay off the college loans. Close to losing her apartment, Violet decides to take a chance on a job that is pays well and offers health insurance! I enjoyed Violet’s internal dialogue, as it was well used as a toll to facilitate our understanding of her history. Rourke is the Minotaur and lead male. He is the epitome of a thoughtful and good male who wants to do things right. He meets Violet at her new job. Both are attracted to each other but shy to say or start something at Violet’s place of work. Eventually they both give in a go out on a date. It is sweet. I was surprised when the book ended as it seemed to be in the middle of a scene, and not complete. Read On! ["

Monster smut but make it soft, spicy, and painfully relatable

"I went into this fully expecting chaos, smut, and questionable life choices—but what I got? A surprisingly wholesome, spicy little gem that had me blushing and emotionally invested. Honestly? I was pleasantly surprised by how good this was. Yes, there’s a minotaur. Yes, there’s… milking. And yes, the spice scenes were way hotter than I was mentally prepared for. (Is it okay to be attracted to a minotaur? This is a safe space, right? Asking for a friend—but also for myself.) But what truly sold me was the FMC—she felt so real. She’s in that painfully relatable stage of life where plans haven’t quite worked out, job hunting feels like screaming into the void, student debt looms like a villain origin story, and the creeping dread of maybe having to move back home is very real. The guilt over small splurges? The constant mental math of whether you can afford oat milk? Been there. Felt that. Cried a little. Then we meet the MMC, and listen… we Stan a grumpy, respectful, intentional king. He says what he means, he follows through, and he spoils without ego or games. (And yes, spoiling your girl is absolutely a kink. Top tier. No notes.) The grumpy x sunshine dynamic between them? Perfection. The slow-burn development? Sweet and satisfying. The spice? Filthy in the best way—but also somehow soft and tender? How did we get here? I don’t know, but I’m staying. Morning Glory Milking Farm turned out to be the gentlest monster smut introduction I could’ve asked for. Funny, charming, spicy, and filled with so much heart. I want nothing but happiness and oat milk lattes for these two. ["
