"Oh Robbie, dear sweet Robbie. This book was yet another fantastic installment in the Green Creek Series. I looooved getting a new perspective on the Bennett pack in this book. The first two follow Ox and Gordo, but they have been with the Bennett pack since they were children; it was nice to have a perspective on them that wasn't developed in childhood. Robbie's story is absolutely heartbreaking. Finding out his background and what happened to him to make him the Solitary Wolf. And no spoilers, but finding his way back to the Bennett pack after so much has been taken away from him. I love the Bennett brothers so much but Kelly was always the quieter of the three, it was nice to have him in the spotlight. Kelly truly is a ray of sunshine, steady and solid presence for everyone in the pack. The action is so good in this one! Really fast-paced and it was written so well, I was so nervous for our pack! And the banter!! Oh my god the banter between all of our character is so so so good. I laughed out loud so many times or was just sitting and grinning from ear to ear. The author has a lot of characters to juggle but he does it perfectly! Each one is well fleshed out, with their own hopes and desires and big, big personalities. I love each character so much, I wish they were real! Another review said that this series is liking being wrapped in a big gay blanket and it's so true. This series is so comforting, fantastical and so full of love it hurts (in the best way). You have to read this series! A++++ ["
