The audacity, fuckery, jealousy, secrecy and lies going on in this book was enough to keep the pages turning but when you add in sisterhood, brotherhood, forced proximity, chance encounters, historical, legacy, sororities, fraternities, clubs, magic, secret doors, spells, intense sensuality, sexual desires, and eroticism from vampires, witches, sirens, wolves, shifters, nymphs, and a talking cat that had me in tears laughing so hard, you get an explosive, very well depicted, enticing, juicy, sexy, plot twisting story. This book was dramatic, scary at times, and sad. It made me dam near cry and scream a few times and laugh a whole lot because the emotion, personalities, charisma and humor that author Granger wrote into these characters is everything a whimsical, mysterious and suspenseful black fairytale should be that is a must read and I love that Atlanta was the setting. I knew all these places she spoke of which is cool when you live burbs of the A. Where is the gofundme for the movie so I can donate. I need book 2 expeditiously and the audio to become a reality!
