"And the cozyverse has done it again! This book was so sweet and heartwarming. I enjoyed the plot, the romance and spice, and the meddling side characters that always showed up right when they were needed. Ivy was truly her own worst enemy, and that’s mostly why it wasn’t a full 5 stars. She was self sabotaging and in her head for so long due to an old relationship, but the entire time she had this blooming pack willing and WANTING to be her support system. I wish she had seen that a little sooner, but regardless, it was still a wonderful story. Roma and James were the perfect boyfriends who are also boyfriends, and their relationship with each other was so pure! And Logan, our grumpy electrician who was just a bit misunderstood. I loved this cuddly alpha with all my heart and his adoration for Ivy was top tier! I loved the moments they all had together and while the spice was spicing like an omegaverse should, their dates and pack outings were just as fun to read. And we can’t forget about the true main character… Felix! That cat is an evil mastermind, but does his bidding for good? As the mayor, that cat really knows what’s best for the town and all the blooming love going on 😂😂 I always enjoy his scenes and getting to see where and what he’s doing next! Overall, A Pack for Winter was all I could’ve asked for in a cozy omegaverse romance. It was sweet, spicy, had a great found family story, and had just enough drama to make it enticing. I’d highly recommend reading if you enjoy those things! ["

"I DNFed, which I rarely do. The smutty scenes were great, the characters were wonderful. There’s so much to love about this book. But the pacing is off. Everything is written in the same pace. It makes what should be a really enjoyable read feel like it’s dragging on. Every character gets the same length description, like they’re equally important to the story but half of them you never see again. And there are so many characters. The scene changes all the time and many of them you don’t need to know half of what you’re told about them. They’re used once. Her sitting in the living room watching TV is written with the same tone and pacing as one of the main characters getting injured to the point of needing to go to the hospital. There is so much to love in this book. I bet a ton of people just adore it. It’s just not for me. ["
